We are the third generation of a family tradition in the baking pan industry. In 1959, our family began manufacturing baking pans exclusively for commercial bakeries. For nearly half a century, the family business continues to grow and is now the only manufacture of commercial bakeware in North America. By providing the most well-know commercial bakeries with superior products through unmatched quality and service, we continue to be a dominate leader in the baking pan industry.

Vision:
Over the years, it has been a pleasure sharing our bakeware with family and friends. After baking with our pans, their comments were always very positive. Impressed with the extraordinary durability, exceptional baking results and ease of clean-up, we were often asked why we didn't sell our products to the public. So in 2002, we decided to do just that and created a unique line of bakeware for home use. We combined our experience in the baking pan industry with the need for durable, high performance bakeware, and now we are proud to offer our professional bakeware for home use.
