What a joy to experiment with some of my new BakeWorks pans. I put M&M cookie mix in the jelly roll pan and baked it at 350 for about 15 minutes and then turned the "cookie" over onto a 3/4 sheet board (bought at cake supply store) and then flipped again so the top could be decorated. What a success!
